Thinking inclusively: approach, method, implementation - How to create an enriching visitor experience?

This presentation will specifically show what inclusive design means from the perspective of a 2D, 3D designer and model maker. An inclusive approach encompasses physical, cognitive and emotional accessibility, with the aim of creating a cultural safe space where every visitor feels valued and included. By using collaborative and adaptive methods and paying attention to the diverse needs of the target groups, we create enriching experiences. In this way, we enable everyone to explore, discover and acquire content in a way that appeals and engages. This approach not only meets current needs, but anticipates and inspires future interactions and creates the foundation for a truly immersive and meaningful visitor experience.
